Privacy Policy — Interceptor

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Interceptor ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by Sofi Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can control or delete it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers beyond what is needed for basic app operation, advertising, and purchases (see Sections 7 and 8).

2. How We Use Information

We do not use your account data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following processors to operate the app's account, leaderboard, advertising, and purchase features:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy safeguards. All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (see below), your profile, saved progress, and leaderboard entries are permanently removed.

5. Account Deletion — Interceptor (by Sofi Studio)

You can request deletion of your Interceptor account and all associated data at any time, using either of these methods:

What is deleted: your account, nickname, linked email address, saved game progress (currency, unlocked content, cleared levels), and all leaderboard entries are permanently and completely deleted. Nothing is retained after deletion — there is no additional retention period.

6. Children's Privacy

Interceptor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Email is optional and not required to play.

7. Advertising

The app may display rewarded video ads (via Google AdMob) that let you earn in-game currency or a revive without paying. Ads are optional and only shown when you choose to watch one. To serve and measure these ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

Depending on your region and consent choice, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required (e.g. in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, or under applicable US state privacy laws), we ask for your consent or provide an opt-out choice before showing ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review or change your ad privacy preference at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy Settings inside the app.

Learn more about how Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

8. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases of a premium in-game currency ("ACE"), processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Purchases are optional and are never required to play or progress in the game.

We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by Google Play. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed (a purchase token) so we can credit the corresponding amount of in-game currency to your account.

All purchases are subject to Google Play's own refund and billing policies. In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
